While we strive to ensure every puppy leaves our care in excellent health, we understand that unforeseen health concerns can occasionally arise. This guarantee outlines our commitment to supporting both you and your new companion.
Veterinary Examination Requirement
To maintain the validity of this Health Guarantee, the purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the puppy.
This examination serves to confirm that the puppy is healthy and free from any visible illness at the time of delivery.
Should a licensed veterinarian determine within ten (10) days that the puppy is clinically ill, injured prior to delivery, or suffering from a condition that existed before the date of transfer, the buyer must notify Prime Mini Teacup Puppies within two (2) business days and provide written veterinary documentation.
One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Prime Mini Teacup Puppies proudly provides a One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee covering life-threatening hereditary and congenital conditions.
This guarantee remains valid from the puppy’s date of birth until the puppy reaches one (1) year of age.
Covered conditions include serious congenital or hereditary disorders that significantly impact the puppy’s quality of life and are determined by a licensed veterinarian to be genetic in origin. Examples may include: Serious congenital heart defects, Significant hereditary organ abnormalities, Severe inherited genetic disorders, Life-threatening hereditary conditions.
Initial Health Coverage
If a licensed veterinarian determines within ten (10) days of delivery that the puppy:
• Was suffering from a serious illness present prior to delivery
• Sustained an injury prior to delivery
• Has passed away due to a condition that existed before transfer
The purchaser may be eligible for one of the following remedies:
✔ Replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability)
✔ Reimbursement of veterinary treatment expenses up to the original purchase price
✔ Partial or full refund at the sole discretion of Prime Mini Teacup Puppies after review of all veterinary documentation.
Filing a Genetic Health Claim
If a genetic condition is suspected during the guarantee period, the buyer must provide:
• A written report from a licensed veterinarian
• Veterinary clinic letterhead
• Description of the diagnosed condition
• Confirmation that the condition is hereditary or congenital in nature
• Veterinarian’s contact information
Prime Mini Teacup Puppies reserves the right to consult directly with the attending veterinarian and may request a second veterinary opinion when necessary. Upon verification of a covered condition, Prime Mini Teacup Puppies may provide reimbursement for veterinary treatment costs up to the original purchase price of the puppy.
What Is Not Covered
This Health Guarantee does not cover: Accidents or injuries occurring after transfer, Neglect, abuse, or improper care, Communicable diseases contracted after delivery, Internal or external parasites after transfer, Routine veterinary expenses, Vaccinations, Spaying or neutering procedures, Dental care, Food allergies or sensitivities, Hypoglycemia resulting from improper feeding, Any condition resulting from environmental factors
The buyer assumes responsibility for all routine veterinary care and medical expenses after taking possession of the puppy.
Registration Documentation Guarantee
If a puppy is sold with registration eligibility, Prime Mini Teacup Puppies will provide all applicable registration documentation within 120 days of delivery whenever required by the registry.
Should registration documentation not be provided within this period, the buyer may be entitled to an appropriate resolution as determined by applicable laws and contractual agreements.
Important Conditions
This guarantee applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Prime Mini Teacup Puppies reserves the right to review all veterinary records, test results, and supporting documentation before determining eligibility under this guarantee. Failure to comply with the requirements outlined in this agreement, including timely veterinary examination and notification procedures, may void portions of this Health Guarantee.
