How Our Puppy Delivery Process Works
1. Delivery Planning & Coordination
Once your puppy reservation has been completed and payment has been received in full, our team will begin coordinating the most suitable travel arrangements.
We will work closely with you to determine the safest and most convenient delivery option based on your location and your puppy’s specific travel requirements.
You will receive updates throughout the process, including estimated travel dates and transportation details.
2. Travel Preparation
Before departure, each puppy undergoes a final health and wellness check to ensure they are fit for travel. Our puppies travel with: Airline-approved travel kennel (when applicable), Fresh food and water, Comfortable bedding, Health documentation, Vaccination records, Travel identification. Every precaution is taken to ensure your puppy remains safe and comfortable throughout the journey.
3. Transportation & Monitoring
Our delivery partners are experienced in transporting puppies and follow strict safety procedures during transit. Throughout the transportation process, we remain available to provide updates regarding your puppy’s travel status and estimated arrival time. Our goal is to ensure that both you and your puppy enjoy a safe and stress-free experience.
4. Arrival & Homecoming
Upon arrival, your puppy will be released directly to you or an authorized recipient. We recommend preparing your home in advance with food, water, bedding, toys, and a quiet area where your new companion can comfortably adjust to their new environment. Our team remains available after delivery to answer any questions and provide guidance during your puppy’s transition.
